Polar Bear Plumbing is hiring a Plumber earning $60k–$120k+ per year to deliver expert residential plumbing and drain services while building strong relationships with homeowners through solutions, education, and trust. You'll own each call from diagnosis to completion, combining technical excellence with confident, customer-focused communication.

Compensation & Schedule

Compensation Breakdown
- $35/hour base hourly rate
- Annual range $75k–$150k+ with performance
- Bonuses tied to performance — $10k if you hit $1M, etc.

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday with optional Saturday flexibility
- No Sundays

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years residential plumbing & drains (or similar)
- Valid Arizona driver's license & clean record
- Driven team player with strong work ethic
- Able to troubleshoot, diagnose & perform all plumbing services
- Able to lift 75+ lbs regularly, 40–50 lbs repetitively

Diagnose plumbing, drain, and sewer issues and offer cleaning, repair, or replacement options.
