As a plumber, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience with Polar Bear Plumbing. Your daily tasks will include:
The Job: Serve and provide solutions. Respond to residential plumbing and drain service calls for homeowners.
Problem Solve: Diagnose plumbing, drain and sewer issues and offer customer options for cleaning, repairs, or replacements.
Identify Opportunities: Identify opportunities for solutions and additional services for homeowners.
Communicate Effectively: Educate the customer on the work that was completed, answer questions, and provide options and recommendations.
Own the Relationship: Build the relationship and trust with your customers, follow up, and convert on opportunities.
Serve Gladly: Take care of the customer by keeping them informed of the work you are doing, when it will be done, and how it will be accomplished.
Work Dependably: Keep your company vehicle clean, well maintained, and stocked with the required equipment and inventory for maximum efficiency.
Develop Your Skills: Attend team meetings and training to continually improve skills and technical abilities.
