Once a year we come out and go through your home's plumbing in a full 60-point inspection. We check the parts that fail most often in Arizona homes: your pressure regulator, angle stops, faucets and expansion tank. We also measure your water hardness and TDS, so you know exactly what's coming out of your tap. You get a clear written report with photos, so you're never guessing.

Arizona water is some of the hardest in the country. Every gallon leaves minerals behind, and they settle at the bottom of your water heater as scale. It makes the heater noisy, slow and expensive to run, and it shortens its life. With PLUS, we flush your water heater every year to clear that buildup, so it heats faster, runs quieter and lasts longer. For most homes, that one service is worth the membership on its own.

Tier 3Bear Care ULTRA

Our top plan, for homeowners who want it all handled.
ULTRA is our highest level of care. You get everything in PLUS, plus hands-on tune-ups, our biggest discount, and a labor warranty that lasts as long as you're a member. We'll replace a worn toilet fill valve or flapper every year. Those are the parts behind running toilets and wasted water. We'll also check and service your hose bib so outdoor leaks don't creep into your water bill.

Tankless Care
A tankless water heater is a precision machine, and hard water is hard on it. A yearly descale and filter clean keeps it working efficiently, avoids error codes and lukewarm surprises, and helps protect your warranty.
Pre-Sediment Filtration Care
Your first line of defense against sand, grit and debris. We change the filter and check your pressure every year so the rest of your plumbing stays protected.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) Care
Your drinking water is only as good as your filters. We change your RO filters and membrane every year (parts extra), so every glass stays clean and fresh-tasting.
Softener Care
Soft water only works when the softener does. We give your system a yearly service, check the resin and fine-tune the settings, and include quarterly salt service so you never have to lug a bag of salt again.
Water Heater Tune-Up
For tank water heaters that need more than a flush. Each year we inspect and replace the parts that wear out: gas control valve, heating element, thermostat and anode rod. The anode rod is what stops your tank rusting from the inside out.
Drain Cleaning & Prevention
Clogs don't happen overnight. Our prevention plan clears buildup in your lines on a regular schedule, so slow drains never turn into a backup in your kitchen or bathroom.

Polar Bear Club: Terms & Conditions
1. Membership year
Your membership year starts on your enrollment date and runs 12 months.
Benefits are per membership year. Unused benefits don't roll over and have no cash value.
2. Minimum term (monthly plans)
Monthly plans have a 12-month minimum commitment.
After the first 12 months, cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice.
Early termination discount or free service received gets billed back at standard rates.
3. When benefits unlock

4. Cancelling early
If you cancel a monthly plan before 12 months, or your payment fails and isn't fixed within 15 days, you owe the regular price of any benefits already used, minus what you've paid in dues.
Example: you paid $45 (3 months) and used a $199 water heater flush. You owe $154.
Upfront plans are non-refundable after the first visit. Before the first visit, you can get a full refund within 30 days of enrolling.
5. Pre-existing problems
The inspection may find problems that were already there. Member discounts do apply to fixing them.
Problems that existed before you joined are not covered by the labor warranty extension or any included parts.
6. Included parts and labor (Ultra)
Includes up to 1 fill valve or flapper replacement per year (standard parts) and 1 hose bib check/replacement per year (standard parts).
Premium or special-order parts are charged at member pricing.
Included work is done during a scheduled member visit. It isn't a separate service call.
7. Labor warranty
Our labor warranty on member work stays active only while your membership is current and paid.
If the membership lapses, the standard labor warranty applies from the original date of the work.
8. Discounts
Member discounts apply to parts and labor on standard service. They don't apply to:
- membership fees
- add-on plans
- promotions or flat-rate specials like the $799 jetting
- permits
- third-party costs
- equipment financed through a third party
Discounts don't stack with other offers. You get the best single discount available.
9. Referral credits
1 credit = $25, earned once your referral's job is completed and paid. Up to 5 credits ($125) per membership year.
Credits can be used on services or your renewal. They have no cash value, aren't transferable, and expire at the end of the next membership year.
Member credits are separate from the Polar Bear Referral Rewards cash program. You choose one or the other for each referral.
10. Scheduling
Member visits are booked within 30 days of your request, during normal business hours.
Emergency calls get priority dispatch and the member discount, but the emergency itself isn't an included visit.
Missed appointments without 24 hours' notice count as a used visit.
11. One home, transfers
Each plan covers one home address, one water heater and one main water line. Add-ons cover extra equipment.
Transferable means the plan stays with you, not the house. If you sell, your PLUS or ULTRA membership goes with you, and any unused benefits for that year go with your plan. Basic doesn't transfer.
If you move, your PLUS or ULTRA membership moves with you to your new home.
12. Auto-renewal and payment
Plans renew automatically at the then-current price. We'll email or text you at least 30 days before renewal, including any price change.
If a payment fails, benefits pause until it's fixed. After 30 days unpaid, the membership ends and section 4 applies.
13. Rejoining
Members who cancel can rejoin after 6 months. If you rejoin sooner, the benefit timing in section 3 starts over.
14. Changes and ending a membership
Polar Bear Plumbing may change plan terms with no notice.
We may end a membership for abuse, non-payment or unsafe conditions, with a refund for any unused paid months.
